Both of these are meh but I urge you to try them out yourselves. The only other thing you can do really with him is just try to play a more controlly master like Apep so you can control the whole game and then just top it off with nyrvir while you are already in advantage. The first is to try and turbo him out in ratbo where you do the same strat k just mentioned with spiritmancer to get a lot of spirit very quickly and then start cycling your nyrvir asap. There are a couple different ways to play Nyrvir and all of them are kind of average. You can get access soon quick with spiritmancer scrats and then he will benefit the most from the skeletons you get from it. One’s first idea might be to play it in a control deck because it is a heavy spell but it honestly works best in ratbo. Nyrvir’s Breath is definitely the worst of the three but you can get some results with it. In mills you can afford to pay the 1 extra cost on the card early on because it will buff your golems and late game it can serve as an alternate win condition/something that they have to dump mana into defending.

The most effective way to play it in my experience though, it just as spell fodder in milloween. Alternatively you can try it out in morellia because of the spell reduction and her naturally benefit from playing accursed cards. Toll of the dead can be played in a skeleton span Mordar deck but skeletons aren’t even that threatening anyways. So you kind of have to base your deck around each card if you want to try them otherwise it gets cluttered and each of these archetypes have pretty different results. Summon tons of skellies, let them die on your opponent's field, then play both Tolls in the lategame and overwhelm your enemy. If you want to dick around? I'd recommend a Toll deck (Mordar/Morellia, 2x Toll of the Dead and no other Spectral Essence cards). Not worth building an Ascension deck around her.Īll in all, Accursed Ascension decks are mainly for the memes nowadays. the breath is just Nyrvir's Breath, so summons skeletons if they die in it. Not the best minion, especially not for 10 mana.Īlso, Morellia's Perk 3 comes under Accursed Ascension. Her attack takes ages to finish, so you can drop a Nether Bat and watch her chase after that while you pound her with Cursebearers and whatnot.

You can only summon her after reaching Accursed Ascension, and even then, she's easy enough to counter. okay effect? It's good for Crossbow Guild (it clears out all the dudes and almost perfectly destroys the building too), and it's okay against Ratbo (since it replaces his scrats with Skeletons owned by you), but overall. If you have Ascension, any enemy that dies while in this fire summons a Skeleton (the tiny shitty ones, like Skeleton Horde or Spirit Vessel). It sets fire to all ground minions in a line, dealing 300 damage over 5 seconds or something like that. It's a fun way to win (nothing like spending 10 mana for a huge chiming noise as two dozen bells appear on your opponent's side), but that's it. Toll of the Dead: a 5 mana Undying Skeleton (costed at 4 mana and still meh), which after Ascension replaces all the remains with Undying Corpses, which in turn summon a single-life Undying Skeleton each. The 3 Accursed Ascension cards we have now are:
